Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of rwa.store and the Canopy Ratchet interface. They do not govern the smart contracts themselves, which are permissionless and operate independently of this website.
The website and the protocol are separate
This website is an interface. It reads public data from contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain and displays it. The contracts have no owner and no administrator, run whether or not this website exists, and can be interacted with directly without it.
Accepting these terms governs your use of the interface. It does not create any agreement with respect to the contracts, and it does not make anyone responsible for their operation.
No advice
Nothing on this website is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on it is a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any asset. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for determining whether they are lawful where you are.
Information is provided as read
Figures are read from the chain at a specific block and are shown with the block and time they came from. They may be stale, and a value that cannot be read is shown as unavailable rather than estimated. The interface may be unavailable, may contain errors, and depends on third-party infrastructure including public RPC endpoints and block explorers.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the interface for unlawful purposes or in breach of sanctions or other restrictions that apply to you.
- Do not misrepresent information taken from this site, including by presenting figures without the block and time they were read at.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the infrastructure it depends on.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The interface is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any loss arising from use of this website or from any interaction with the contracts, including loss of principal, smart-contract failure, issuer action, or divergence between onchain and reference-market prices. Changes
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the interface after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

No contracting entity has been established in this project's configuration, so none is named here. Set legalEntityName, jurisdiction and registeredOffice in src/lib/legal.ts and this clause fills itself in.
Governing law
A governing law has not been chosen. Rather than assume one, this clause is left open — set governingLaw in src/lib/legal.ts.
